Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Omni Studio, this website and the related services provided by BOSA Omni AI (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Omni Studio is a public AI system for coding, reasoning and thinking. It includes conversational assistance, agentic coding, image and video generation, and an orchestration layer that rewrites your prompt, splits the work among specialised agents and allocates models, tools and compute to deliver a result.

Features, limits and availability may differ by plan and may change over time.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Enterprise plans are billed per seat. Taxes may apply.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

We may change prices or plan contents. We will give you notice in advance, and changes will apply from your next billing period. The Free plan may include usage limits that we can adjust to keep the Service fair and available for everyone.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
• create or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, incites violence or harasses, threatens or discriminates against people;
• develop malware, attack systems or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
• deceive or manipulate people — including impersonating others or presenting generated content as human-made where that misleads;
• process other people’s personal information without a lawful basis;
• interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service, or bypass its limits, security or safety measures;
• reverse engineer, scrape or extract the Service’s models, code or data, except where the law expressly allows it;
• resell or share access to the Service without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending accounts.

You keep ownership of the prompts, files and other material you submit (“inputs”). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you any rights we may have in the outputs generated for you.

You grant BOSA Omni AI a limited licence to host, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to submit it. Because of how AI works, other users may receive outputs similar to yours.

AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when they sound confident.

Review outputs before you rely on them — especially code before you run or deploy it. You remain responsible for testing, securing and maintaining the software and content you publish.

Outputs are not professional advice. For legal, medical, financial or other important decisions, consult a qualified professional.

The Service — including its software, models, design and the BOSA Omni AI and Omni Studio names and logos — belongs to BOSA Omni AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to it other than the right to use the Service as described here.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

The Service may link to or integrate with services provided by others. We are not responsible for those services, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice whenever we can.

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if your use creates a risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we are required to by law. Where appropriate, we will tell you beforehand and give you a chance to export your content.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as those on content, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability — continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service or its outputs will be accurate, error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOSA Omni AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to defend and indemnify BOSA Omni AI against claims, damages and costs arising from your content or from your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where BOSA Omni AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Before starting any formal claim, please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in advance through the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
