BOSA Omni AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides Omni Studio, a public AI system for coding, reasoning and thinking, and operates this website. BOSA Omni AI is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, reach us through our contact page.

This policy applies to this website, to Omni Studio and to the related services we provide (together, the “Service”), and to the messages you send us.

It does not apply to third-party websites or services that you reach through links or integrations; their own policies apply. If your account is provided by an organisation under a separate agreement with us, that agreement also governs how your organisation’s data is handled.

We collect only what we need to run, secure and improve the Service:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, sign-in details, language and plan.
• Your content — the prompts, messages, files, code and other material you submit, and the outputs generated for you.
• Billing information — your plan, billing history and payment details. Payments are handled by payment service providers acting on our behalf.
• Usage and device information — such as log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, features used and diagnostic data that helps us keep the Service reliable.
• Messages you send us — when you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), topic and message. To prevent abuse, we also keep a pseudonymised network identifier and your browser type.
• Cookies and similar technologies — described in the Cookies section below.

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Service, including processing your prompts to deliver results;
• create and manage your account, subscription and payments;
• answer your questions and provide support;
• keep the Service safe — detecting, preventing and investigating fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms of Use;
• understand how the Service is used and improve it, using aggregated or de-identified information wherever possible;
• send you service messages, such as security notices and changes to our terms, and — only where you have agreed — news about Omni Studio, which you can stop at any time;
• comply with our legal obligations and enforce our rights.

When you send a prompt, our agents may rewrite it, split the work into tasks and route each task to the most suitable model, together with the tools and compute it needs. These models run on infrastructure that we operate or control.

Your content is used to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to show you advertising.

If we ever want to use your content to train or improve our models, we will explain it clearly beforehand and give you a choice wherever the law requires it.

Outputs are generated automatically and can be inaccurate. Please review them before you rely on them.

The assistant on this website answers questions about Omni Studio. What you type in it is stored together with the date, the page and the language, a shortened browser identifier and a one-way fingerprint of your connection — never your IP address itself.

Our team reads these conversations and receives a daily summary report by email, so that we can answer follow-up requests and improve our answers and the Service. The answers are produced by our own system, on our server: your messages are not sent to any outside AI service.

Please do not share sensitive information in the assistant. We keep conversations only as long as needed for these purposes; you can ask us to delete yours through our contact page.

Where data-protection laws such as those of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for and to manage your account and payments.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, understand usage and improve our products, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — for optional analytics or marketing, where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers — companies that help us run the Service, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery and support tools. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Your organisation — if your account is managed by an organisation, its administrators may access and manage information in that account.
• Legal reasons — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or BOSA Omni AI.
• Business changes — if BOSA Omni AI is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
• With your consent — in any other case, only when you ask us to or agree to it.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. When we transfer personal information across borders, we put in place the safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep some of it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Security and diagnostic logs are kept for limited periods.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — such as encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring — to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
• object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for this website and Omni Studio to work — for example to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

This website does not use analytics cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves or the law changes. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, if a change is significant, let you know through the Service or by email before it takes effect.
